Anti-Graffiti Program
The Transcona Biz in conjunction with the Transcona Anti-Graffiti Campaign is ensuring Transcona remains a clean and vibrant community. The Anti-Graffiti Campaign ambassadors can be seen patrolling the streets in the Anti-Graffiti truck with paint and graffiti-removal supplies, looking for and removing graffiti from homes and businesses in Transcona. If you see any graffiti, call the hotline at 222-8566 and help keep Transcona clean.
Flower Program
Each year, the Transcona Biz Zone explodes with vibrant pinks, rich cherries, sedate whites and sunny yellows. This transformation is brought about by the Biz Green Team who plants, weeds and waters the many planters, tree pits, hanging baskets and silver pots throughout the Biz Zone. This year, the Green Team received assistance with planting and gardening advice from the experienced members of the Transcona Garden Club. Two exchange students from Quebec also help maintain the many vivid Biz flowers.
