As you drive around the Biz Zone, the banners and banner poles, bus shelters, community clock and reader board monuments are all part of the past streetscaping projects that the Biz undertook and brought to fruition.
The reader board monuments, located on Regent Avenue and Plessis and Dugald are one of the ways the non-profit associations in the community of Transcona can advertise their special events.
